If you are dedicating a Windows 10 PC to a display window you can configure the system to automatically login to your Windows user account, launch Microsoft Edge in full screen mode and open the display window URL:
Press Win (Windows Key)+R to open the Run dialog and enter netplwiz to open the User Accounts control panel applet. Uncheck the box alongside "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" and click OK.
Press Win (Windows Key)+R to open the Run dialog and enter the following location to open an Explorer window at your Startup folder:
%appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
Right-click inside the Startup folder and go to New > Shortcut to create an item with the following location:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -k <display window URL>
